For those that are requesting a particular technician to perform your maintenance,  please be advised that requests will only be honored for those selecting the first time slot of the day- 7AM to 8AM.   If that time slot is not agreeable in your schedule,  please indicate your desired maintenance technician in your customer notes and will schedule your preferred tech if possible although there will be no guarantee.
